Property located within Cook County is subject to the Illinois Predatory Lending Database Program which becomes effective July 1, 2008, as authorized by Public Act 95-0691 (SB1167).
To record the mortgage or trust deed to be insured must have either a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Exemption if the subject mortgage loan or trust deed is an exempt transaction.

| McHenry County Recording Fee Increase | 2/11/2008 |
Effective December 1, 2007, McHenry County recording fees have increased. The fee for recording most instruments on STANDARD FORM (8.5" x 11") is $32.00 for the first four pages. This includes a $12.00 recording fee plus a $10.00 per document automation charge and a $10.00 GIS charge.
This does not include the $10.00 The Rental Housing Support Fee.
Each additional page is $1.00 each, including a copy stamped with recording information.

| City of Chicago Transfer Stamp Increase | 2/11/2008 |
Effective April 1, 2008, City of Chicago Transfer Stamps fee will increase from $7.50 per $1,000.00 to $10.50 per $1,000.00. The Buyer's responsibility remains at $7.50 per $1,000.00 and the Seller is responsible for the additional $3.00 per $1,000.00. This is effective for all recordings on April 1, 2008 and after.

| Cook County Recording Fee Increase | 2/11/2008 |
Effective March 3, 2008, Cook County recording fees will increase by $12.00 for conforming documents. Recording fee for the first two pages will go from $26.50 to $38.50; each additional page remains an additional $2.00. | City of Chicago Water Cert Changes | 12/11/2007 |
Effective Monday, December 17, 2007 the Water Certification for the City of Chicago will be increased From $25.00 to $50.00 and will also apply to Condominiums and Townhouses. To obtain the Condo/Townhouse certification, a Paid Assessment Letter will be required from the Condo Association and should include the unit number. water account number and unit owner's name. The letter must also state that the association pays the water bill and the specific unit's assessments are current and paid in full. This is listed in Section 1 Chapter 11-12-531 |
